With DATEV’s “Employees online” program, your employees can retrieve payroll documents digitally and paperless in a secure electronic portal with password protection. The employer activates the employee beforehand and the employee registers.
As soon as a payroll is ready, the employee receives a message by e-mail and can access their payroll within seconds using a TAN sent by SMS.
- You save on postage costs and the time needed to print and envelope payslips. This reduces costs for the employer.
- Employees receive the statements earlier, as there is no longer any need to send them by post.
- Employees can also access the statements digitally on any PC, tablet or smartphone while on the move.
- The digital payslips are stored in the database for 10 years.
